Systems Management. Responsible for upkeep of business essential hardware, and systems;

Sharepoint. Aided in the creation,and  management of multiple Sharepoint Groups and Teams. Aided in the creation of some Sharepoint sites;

Drupal advising and assitance. Not as part of the primary role, aided in the day-to-day functions of Drupal university website requests for one-off requests;

Power Platform. Used as part of the role, as well as dvising users on best practices, revisioning of workflows, and how to proceed on what next to do when required.

Web dev – Designed, created, maintained the internet and intranet websites for the company

Integrating systems – Used Open-Source software to manage all of our product sales, which was used a monitoring system to feedback the output back into our business strategy.

Dynamic role, which allowed me to experience many different facets of a company, and allowed me to learn many useful skills from 1st to 3rd line support.
