Deploying, debugging, documenting, and training
Configuring and deploying applications to various environments. Identifying and resolving issues in the codebase using advanced debugging tools and techniques. Writing clear, concise documentation, making it easier to understand for others.Developing training materials and conducting knowledge-sharing sessions for team members.
Design thinking
I consider a bigger picture approach, and the finer details when dealing with user requests. I prioritise use experience, making all my implementations to be intuitive, and accessible. From previous experiences, I found that form, and function are just as important as each other, so focusing on ease of function, and functionality are key for my roles, and responsibilities.
Working well under pressure
Pressured environments are very common in IT Support, Retail, and in Sports venues, such as the F1 race tracks which I've worked at.
I am used to delivering solutions under pressure and have lots of experience delivering projects to critical deadlines, while keeping stakeholders updated, and involved in the process.
Working well in a team, communicating, learning, and adapting
Throughout my career I've learnt to work with people from all backgrounds, and walks of life. Due to the nature of many of my past roles, I've learnt to adapt to communicate best with others, which opened many doors for learning experiences ever since.
